Terms & Conditions

1. Products

All Pokémon cards listed are sold as-is. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images.

2. Prices

Prices are in CHF (Swiss Francs). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Payment

Payment is accepted via SHOP, PayPal, TWINT, or bank transfer.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped within 2–3 business days after payment, except for pre-orders, which are shipped after the official release date. Delivery times depend on location.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or not as described.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal services.

7. Governing Law

All contracts and disputes are governed by Swiss law. Jurisdiction is Vaud, Switzerland.
